Pop-Up Blockers

If you use a pop-up blocker, please add netteller.com/chartway to your list of allowed sites. You may have difficulty using, Bill Pay, Credit Cards, Mobile Banking and other features in eBranch until netteller.com/chartway is added to your list of allowed sites.

Most web browsers have a built in pop-up blocker. We have included instructions for the most popular browsers on this page.

Please note that sometimes a computer may have more than one pop-up blocker installed. For example if you have Google Toolbar plug-in installed you may to add netteller.com/chartway in both your browser and in the Google Toolbar plug-in.

Pop-up Blockers are a great thing, usually they prevent annoying sites from launching new pages. eBranch is different we use a secure pop-up technology that makes sure the site you are about to visit is safe and secure.

If you are in eBranch and click on either the Bill Pay link, Credit Card link or Customer Service pages, you may see a yellow bar right above the Chartway Logo that says "Pop-up Blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here...". Click on click here and select "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site...".

Then a small window will appear that says "Would you like to allow pop-ups from 'www.netteller.com/chartway'?".

Click Yes and eBranch will be added to your list of allowed sites. Now click on the link that you were trying to reach previously and the window will not be blocked.

Internet Explorer (IE 7 & IE 8)

If you want to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups, follow these steps:

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button and then clicking Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools button, click Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
In the Address of website to allow box, type the address (or URL) of the website you want to see pop-ups from, and then click Add.
When you are finished click Close.

Mozilla Firefox

If you want to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups, follow these steps:

Open Mozilla Firefox
At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu, and select Options...
Select the Content panel.
Click on Exceptions next to the Block pop-up windows
Type the exact address of the site you want to allow and then click Allow.
When done click close.
